Course overview
This lecture will address many of the common approaches to patient communication and how to improve those approaches by connecting on an emotional and psychological level. This is a psychologically informed approach helping doctors and treatment teams to understand the needs of patients and provide an experience that meets or exceeds patients’ expectations. This is both relevant and imperative to increasing case acceptance.
